A.K.A. - A legitimately serious topic that's on the internet. And thus when people make smart/[whatever the word is] comments they stop being funny and more of an ass. (not meant to be pointing to you or anyone else)

Anyway, Ima try to be somewhat helpful maybe.

It's hard to stop doing something your accustomed to and addicted to, We all know that, Don't think anyone will judge you for it. That said it's not impossible, It just takes quite a bit of will-power. And a bit of falling.

Nobody can tell you how long it will take for you to be satisfied, it could be before summer, end of this year, or 5 years from now; However, the more you work at it and try your best, the better it will get. Good friends can always make a difference, though with certain things (like this) I can understand how uncomfortable it would be, Though you've already done the hardest bit here.

I wish the best of luck to ya, and maybe you can find a few people to aid you or if not push past things yourself.

@Snoap/Demon : I believe in God, and that's my choice.As I said, I do not want to convert you.It's just that religion is one of the reasons why I try to stop.As said Stuntman, even if I wasn't a religious person, I would be bugged by my addiction.But keeping faith in something also helps alot.
