Perks [In-Beta]
Hello Players, Admins, and Owners. Today I would like to present an idea that I believe is underrated and should seriously be considered.
Remember the Rainbow Trail you added to the store a while back? That it's something different than cosmetic trails for donators and could be bought in the deathrun store.
I decided posting this because I feel that it has a lot of potential, and could give Many players a reason to keep playing. The good part is that these affects don't give a higher advantage of gameplay.
Team Fortress 2 Examples: Botkiller Weapons, Robro 3000, many MISC. Items.

Unlocked perks at 200 hours = +5HP, +1HP Each 30 seconds (Only if hurt).

Demon's side of the perks idea was creative, yet a bit on the overpowered side, Which isn't really needed.

What I liked about Travis' post is that people can get something (Models,Trails, ETC.)that isn't just for donators, like the Rainbow Trail in the store.

1700hrs- Changing color between red and yellow on the luigi model(like he ate a fire plant)
1800hrs- You can throw out fire balls: Only like a effect no dmg inplemented.
1900hrs- Bever tail
2000hrs- Mario model
2100hrs- You can throw out Lightning(like Darth vader): Just a effect, no dmg inplemented
2200hrs- *no lifer* sign before your name, cannot be disabled.
What's the Point of This?: Enjoy playing deathrun while on the other hand people who want something for playing get it.
20 Hours - New Store Option: Model changing color every second from one color to another. Available in the store once you have 20 hours. (Enable/Disable)

75 Hours - When you're hurt, you get some kind of a trail (For Only 3 Seconds) (Ability to Enable/Disable)
100 Hours - Unlocks Drugged Mode, just like sm_drug, only client side(and maybe a variant too, like in Roleplay) and announcement of being drugged won't show in public chat. (Ability to Enable/Disable)
150 Hours - Unlocks the ability to participate in a points raffle. (/raffle Menu)
250 Hours - Unlocks a special hat for the hat menu. (In the /hats Menu)
400 Hours - Ability to Spray an extra decal like this. (/spraydecal, Ability to Enable/Disable)
500 Hours - Unlocks a special model that is not available to donators. (Enable/Disable)
750 Hours - Unlocks a colored *VET* tag that prints next to your name in the chat. (Ability to Enable/Disable)
900 Hours - Jedi laser sword replacement for Crowbar (Ability to Enable/Disable)

1100 Hours - Unlocks the Ability to have Colored Name in chat (Not colored Text) (Ability to Enable/Disable)
1250 Hours - If you're in the server, Intels have a 1% More chance of spawning, if there's enough players in the server. (Passive)
1500 Hours - Unlimited Sprint usage for Three Seconds Each Round. (/sprint Command)
1800 Hours - Beaver Tail. (Enable/Disable)
2000 Hours - Unlocks a Mario Model (Enable/Disable)
In addition, perhaps a command that shows the perks you've unlocked and enabled/disabled: /perks
What's Been Done:
20 Hours - Stunstick, you can Enable/Disable it (which will take affect next round start) through a chat command, /perks.
Chat Commands:
/perks[Beta]: Brings up the Perks Menu in which you can enable/disable Perks you've unlocked.
