Assistants can't build

So I want my residents to only be able to build in their own plots, but when I do /t set perm resident off
my assistants wont be able to build etc. Can this get fixed?

Ant, if you go in the townyperms.yml file and look for assistant under ranks, put this perm there:
- towny.claimed.owntown.*

That should allow my assistants to build in my town even when the perms for residents are off.
