I've thought about playing it but I don't quite understand it. Mind explaining it to me?

You are in-charge of a town, you create elixir pumps to collect elixir and gold mines to get gold. With elixir and gold you can buy buildings, upgrade them and also join a clan to fight other clans for gold and elixir, the more you play the longer you wait due to the fact that you have to upgrade the buildings and it will take longer :P

Also, when you first start the game, there is a tutorial so make sure you follow and listen to that.
