About Admin Applications

Some people won't like this idea, but I think it's for the best.

Similar to a few years ago, I think the Admin Applications forum should remain locked until a certain quantity of positions are free, only allowing the most active and loyal of the players to apply instead of players who will just play and quit after a while.

I don't know, I just felt that method was more effective in getting better and long lasting admins.
