Plungin Question

Hey,
you guys have a plugin on the server that kicks for spamming commands (like +jump) and still allows to use mouswheel for jumping. Could you tell me whihc plugin that it and provide a download link? That would be awesome.

Ant and Nick do not share their plugins which they coded them selfs. Likely it will be a no.
