1. Make a good video EXAMPLE:
Pranks , Montage , Tuts , Gameplays , Previews
2. Make a title that people will be innterested EXAMPLE:
Call Of Duty BLACK OPS Montage
3. Add some effects in SONY-VeGAS 10. i use piratebay sony vegas.
4. after 1 week u sould have more then 30 views =)

TAGS will help too.
Make sure u are using HIGH Graphic game recorder such as ::
Wegame
Fraps
GameCam
seriusanarchy
