I think I know who he is talking about. If so, then the person he is talking about is NOT an admin. I have seen him before but FUCK he is quiet unless he is pissed off and only time he talks is when he starts a voteban or kick. Nothin else (Probably cause I am near him or he is too shy or something O.o)

Hmm i dont remember but im sure hes a admin. Every time he join a server a message comes up "A admin has join the server" or somethink like that.I will go in the server and i will wait for him and then i will copy his name!

"A admin has join the server" is from SourceOP. It says anyone is admin cuz u all have the building cmds (e_kill, +grabent, etc.). Those are considered admin cmds.
