how do you lock on peaple AND get off them

ok well here it gose ive been playing here a while and alwas used space to lock follow or freelook. but now i noticed i couldent lock into peaple anymore. so waht do i do? i press C to bring up a menu and selet snap to ppl ok good im on ppl now. but now i cant get off plyaers and i cant free look around and now i am stuck on players con NOT free look notmater if i select freelok or spam sapcebar. so how do i un atttach and attach myselgf to players? i use it for BOTH admin shit AND player shit.

It's been happening after updates.
Just wait for a next round and it's usually fixed or restart your game.

If i'm not Reading wrong what you posted then you just have too press Ctrl and alt at same time too fix it..

In spec, u should be able to get the play names and spec type by pressing CTRL. SPACE should still change through the view types and LEFT CLICK to rotate through players. Sometimes it gets stuck for me also, not too often though.

and now fuck i was on atsunday 10:06 pm and there was a porn spray needign removeal but since i can NOT free roam in spectate i was unable to remove it this needs to be fixed so i can do my job. and i guess goign to have to use noclip a HELL of alot more till its fixed.

Again, or you got fingers problems or you keyboard is having troubles.

For your issue, I do get locked on players too sometimes.

CTRL + TAB fixed my problem.

Also, when navigating in the options when modifying settings, when you apply, you're skin is set to combine and therefore you are set to combine team and you're locked on only the combine players in spec.

Since spectators aren't allowed (spectate or jointeam 1), you can't switch whatsoever.

yea i can move between both teams and can go in 1st person and follow mode but when i select free look it just messed it up. ill try crl tab and C tab (my croutch is c so yea).

nope still locked on wont unlock it.

also tried the team thing nope still locked on and ik my keybord isent fucked or i would be haveign other problems.

This is REALLY annoying. its really bothering me because even when i rejoin or restart my game im still locked on to people. i seriously cant see anything but a players head and i cant freelook to find secrets on a map. Someone please do something.

CTRL+TAB fixes this for me, if not, then usually CTRL+SPACE+TAB
