Betting system

A simple system that would allow players to bet their points on the players.I guess this isn't too complicated to make as a plugin.

!bet <amount of point> <player name>

It could bring more fun.
If the player dies before he wins ---> The player loose his points (wich he bet on).
If the player wins ---> He get his bet x2.

This was already suggested by Travis, and it may still be added eventually after i get some time to script it out.
