Can't open steam :S

Well i'm not able to open the steam client and steam just crashes after "installing" updates. On my laptop everything works fine but on my pc i can't even open steam atm.

Anybody got a solution?
Not until i get this fixed, i might not be able to play Deathrun.

. Maybe delete steam and then reinstall it? Idk, dont listen to me if you dont want to.

I already did that. Uninstalled steam and removed the whole folder. Shits not working.

Restart your pc first?

Maybe you just set some functions on your pc or install other programs, so it will Crash or block your steam Client?..

Nope nope and nope...

I fixed it. MICROSOFT essential security was blocking all downloading and i was not able to download documents or anything else. I removed the shit and got AVG now and Steam seems to be working again :S

Now i just have to download all my 23 games again -.-

Odd, I've never had that kind of problem with security essentials.
