Why you should be admin:I would like to help this server by helping out new players and spotting rule breakers and afkers etc, people sometime judge me before even playing with me but i think i should have a chance at being admin since im a great root admin on hc8 and trusted by myback.

I have told you several times in the past and once more today to not glitch the 357.
Even though it fell from a player who glitched it, you shouldn't have used it.
You want to stop rule breakers when you're yourself breaking rules.

-His application is way too messy, and I am neither pleased to read it.
-He just re-applied after his last denied application.
-He glitches alot.
-He sometimes do not play deathrun as combine, only bhopping.
-He is disrespectful as shit and don't listen to admins (Ex : Press buttons, Dendrow ! Him : My vel is about to be 720, lemme train a lil bit more, idc), and he's really rude to some players.
So he isn't fit for the admin job and nor a good representant of Area51.
