Why you should be admin: I have applied before...but this time i'm more matured... i'm a bhopper now and i dont consider it cheating anymore....I am almost rank 2 (went up 1 after stefan came back >.>) I wont use noclip at all I will not enforce rules BUT recomend them And if they keep acting like morons i will enforce them
