This is not really something any OP can help with. It is completely up to the faction owner/mods. If you want your stuff to be completely safe, and not controlled by someone else, you should really just start up your own faction.

Actually, because I did not know the circumstances in which you were kicked exactly and was not there to approve the decision I will allow you to rejoin the faction and reclaim some or most of the stolen items. I'll talk to Dylan about this and there shouldn't be any issues as long as you don't go through any of the other mods' things.
