They joined sv and started spaming it with "thetime" and "timeleft"

Then i kiced both , and 1 of they rejoined so I banned him like 90 minutes cuz he stared again to fuking spam.

I think I know who these guys are.. Please just permban them both, they've done it several times before. They only join to spam timeleft, admins and nextmap.

EDIT: I just checked the steam ID's and it's definitely them. They'll keep rejoining and do it until you ban them. They also only have like 1 hour on the server each, so they obviously don't join to play.
I strongly suggest permanently banning those two guys
