As long as I love Slicer as a player/person I'm not sure if admin position fits him or not.
I see his mood swings a lot and that makes me a bit worried.
I wish you could work on your application a lot more so that could have convinced me for saying yes maybe..

Slicer is really friendly and is active plus I don't see you breaking any rules.
When you first came to cheat and build server, you listened and obeyed the rules given, and that is really good since some half the ppl that come from deathrun are spammers in cheat server.
(even a current deathrun admin spams explosive barrels in c/b)
However, I agree with Aya and your app seems a bit short.
Make your application longer about five more lines if you really want it, then I will give a final vote.
