Hanging ragdolls. Damn

So I got a ragdoll problem, who's rope likes to hang a couple inchs off the neck like in a fucking Twilight Zone episode.

Any help?

It probably attached to the bounding box of the model/npc....
Just have the rope go to a info_target that you can exactly place where you want it to be.
