Voice changer

Hiya'll,
There's one guy keep using the voice changer for these a week or so.
He doesn't really spam so I won't care most of the time.
But sometimes it could be annoying.
One time I muted him because he was keep talking and laughing in high pitch voice and stuff.. since that he keeps talking about it every time I tell him to stop.
Every time he types !rules and checks and comes back and says it's not listed on the rule.
I know that.
But I considered that time as mic spam. That's why I muted him.
One admin told me that Ant said players shouldn't use the voice changer.
Ant , can you say it can be consider as mic spam ?

Also like yesterday's situation (on network map)..
I think respect for admins (trust their words) are really low these days.
I don't know how many players are on this forum but I want some respect for us admins from players since us admins are respecting players or each others.
And I want all to understand..again, everything is not listed on the rules and that doesn't mean unlisted things are allowed.
Just sayin' to have a good time on the server.

P.S. That was disrespectful saying 'You are a boring admin' over that I'm just doing my job.

Snoap is only saying random words with the voice changer on..
I think that we should mute ppl using voice changer, and specially mute them if they just talking randomly and saying wierd noises
