So why did I get banned?

Hello my name is Hamster,

I have been playing for several days on your server and enjoyed it.
However today I tried to join your server for another fun Deathrun map experience, unfortunately I received the message "You have been banned from Area51 deathrun server"

I have no idea what so ever how this could happen.

I followed the rules did nothing against it.

I use the same name in the server.

Yep, your were banned for your sprays, and delaying gameplay. Based on wat i've seen as well as other admins, your sole purpose for joining the server is to show off your sprays. Your frequently the last one alive and you do that so everyone who is dead can spectate you as you look at your sprays.

Sprays serve no purpose in game except to maybe mark breakable paths, and you were not using it for that purpose. I dont know how long u'll stay banned but i do know it will be longer than a day.

Are you posting to get unbanned or just of curiosity? Hamster has been spraying gay porn in the server all the time lately. At first he probably only did it because he enjoys looking at it, but eventually he started using his sprays to troll people. I know trolling is okay (and i'm not homophobic or anything), but it's kinda nasty when he all the sudden sprays a VERY explicit image, of two dudes having intercourse, right in front of you or right over a button as combine. I saw him advertise for some gay porn website one time too. I know both Ant and Nick said there's nothing to do about the sprays and that we're the ones who wanted custom sprays.

I did talk with other admins about it and all said that it was okay.

I even talked with Nick about it and he said it was fine, however he did say one time in a castle-run map that I should spray it a little less often. He also said that there is no rules for sprays.

However "DeamonX" said that it was only allowed to do hentia so I did change my spray to hentia after that. (But he didn't say anything about getting banned doing it, just that it would get removed)

Well being that im the owner, i have the authority to make up the rules, and interpret them as needed. So dont use the excuse: "Its not in the rules directly, so i can do whatever i want with sprays". Thanks to you, there will now have to be a rule added, because of your immaturity and lack of common sense that people dont want to see your gay shit. You will stay banned until a rule is in place.

The reason no one likes the gay porn is simply because no one is gay at this server. If you want to troll people with gay porn, do so where it is appropriate. Nobody wants to see a penis when they play this game. Now, women, as long as it isn't to explicit, are fine. Thank you

Seriously? Theres one gay for every 5 people on earth, not 1 gay for every 2. Thats dumb even for wikipedia. But yeah some people might be able to push past the porn without even noticing it but you should think about the people who can't.

Just an update: Today Hamster got back and one of the first things he does, is to spray images of semi-naked guys. he claims it's okay and not against the rules when their lower region is covered, but he just keeps trying to push the admins limits. He eventually got votebanned and admins told him to knock it off too, but he rejoined later and keept spraying that shit. You guys can decide whether that's porn or not... He causes nothing but trouble and he even said that this server isn't fun when he can't spray his sprays anymore. Can't see why he should be allowed to stay on the server
