Now here is why. The day that Gordon posted this, I personally saw Choc (he is my cousin, and lives literally 2 minutes away) and his brother BB1016, and I asked Choc about this. What happened is the friends he is referring go to his school. Choc signed up at the school, as did his friends. The reason Choc did was because BB signed up at home, so multiple accounts per IP there. However Choc did so from a public location, and so did everyone of his friends (because he was showing his friends the forums and server from his laptop on school wireless). That is why it is. I mean if Ant punched the IP into an IP locator, he'd find where it is, and he'd see why it is that way, although he'd find what I just said.
