Jacofag unclaiming Razzle and claiming it to him self

seems like EVERYTHING is owned by jacofag in razzle,he was in the town,the area belonged to town called razzle,now its whiterun.

Jacob was assistant took the money and unclaimed all the town then started his own town in the same spot as razzle

yeah razzle town has 0/64 town blocks,its not nice if someone steals your ENTIRE TOWN!jaco claimed it all,i wanna hear this from razz also that did he even give a permission

Its a players responsibility to hire assistants they can trust right? I'm only concerned here with plugin bugs, and this is not a bug.
