He can't prove it, but I can say he did. Well, he did a vote, if we want a "Jumprope-round". About 75% voted yes, so he just did.
So everything's ok :3

Can be closed I guess.

Joker did it once, get over it. Joker usually plays fairly but it's probably cause someone wanted jumprope or bhop... etc
