Can't load the server when it's up...?

I know there's probably not an answer but when I try to play it says 'Can't reach server' so I look at forums to see if somethings going on and it turns out it's actually up? Like I said I probably won't get an answer but I'm still trying.

just open and close it a few times, also are you updated to 1.0.0?
