Directory is /khottabych/ which could also be said as 'Gottya Bitch'. Has two pictures of a random girl which I couldn't find anywhere else (google images).
Found it while searching through peoples open indexes.

Some skid got some idiot to download a RAT or similar, stole their pics, or took snapshots from their webcam, and posted them on a website which he failed so hard to keep secure.
