Microphone Problem

Hello, everytime I play deathrun_sonic and I use (or hear a person) my mic, it seems sometimes that all-of-a-sudden I can't hear the person talking but the HUD is showing for the person talking. I must then restart the game to hear that person, it only happens on sonic. Is this solveable? Not to big of a problem but does tend to get annoying. Thanks.

It can happen on any map, just rejoin.
