Not only do you need proof, but chances are, he won't get his admin removed...Admins will noclip to see if the other team is breaking rules, so he was probably just doing his job

Only times ive seen kyo using noclip is to check for combine spamming buttons, or just randomly pressing buttons. As long as he noclips back to where he was on in the map, i dont see any abuse there.
