i read this fully. he double pressed the button even though he was told not to, then he votebanned onion and started insulting the players.
if you ask me, i think this is more grounds for a temporary ban than a perm ban, like mabye a few mins/hours. better left to the dr players/admins if he continues this behavior.
and mabye you can be a bit more detailed in your report next time.
