This is probably the worst translation ever, but ill try to answer this :
1. To fly, type noclip in console
2. To remove an item, type e_kill in console
3. To make props not fall?? Maybe e_freeze in console is what ur looking for.
4. ...no idea
5. Solid 0 = makes a prop walk-through: ent_fire <name> addoutput "solid 0"
6. Opening/Closing a door: type !info in chat and read about it.
