someone block web proxies from accessing, it will work not only on thatguy but also on all the other ban evading noobs

Not even close my IP is static but that would be the answer a standard dullard would give. If you don't know what static IP means it means it never changes no matter what I do. This is also a method that is incredibly easy for anybody to counter and will get you past literally nothing.

ikr you have to pay for a static IP and isp never gives out static IPs unless it's a special package for web hosting etc. you pay extra money for static.

Our ISP is similar to what That_Guy is saying, so yeah the IP is basically "static". If you leave your modem offline for a while (few days) then they may give you a new IP from the pool.

My IP changes everytime I restart my computer. Not fun for hosting.
