spammertroll1 admin command and ban abuse

hello nick/ant i would like to report Spammertroll1 for admin timebomb, slay, set fire, and ban abuse
my first complaint is that Spammertroll1 has ben useing the timebomb cmd to any of the players that
got to the end of the map and he/she would start the 10 sec when we killed the combine but the round
restarted before the 10 seconds was up so we would die at spawn he/she did that
about a dozen times before i got baned for no apparent reason ?????????????????
(i guess playing) and i will say i do have a ping mask set to 1 and i looked in the rules an it says
nothing for a ping mask to be ban reason. the reason i have a ping mask is i am a member to the {OCD} server
and we all did that to rember whoowran our recent passed away owner. and both the owners ant and nick
have been on the server whan i was on with the ping mask and no problems. right befor i was banned Spammertroll1 said
that i was hacking i swear on my mothers grave i was not hacking and if you want me to take my ping mask
off. can you give me the cmd and i will gladly take it off all i am asking is that u check and see if i am on
the perm ban list and talk to Spammertroll1 and teach him the rules to being a better admin thanks
