Was it a large yellow ball? Bouncy ball sprays are disallowed on the server, so Pepper would be right to ban you.

Yes, if it was the bouncyball spray, it would be a 1 day ban.

EDIT: Just checked the logs, he only banned you for 5 whole minutes!

it was not the bouncy ball, it was the plumed dude
