i want to completely remove a steam mod (EMPIRES) and reinstall it i mean a complete uninstall gone from my pc and install it like new
but how?

Right Click on the mod in Steam, and uninstall it.
Then go to: C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\sourcemods or C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\<account> and delete the related folder(s)

i did what ant sayid but i have missed 1 thing steam seemed to save the cache and other stuff so thats gone

any ways ill tell you what happend and try to get a picture
ok here is the picture

know how to fix this i tryed defragging verifying files deleted the whole cache and the file and it still happens
and i cant connect to servers right so it wont let me play so i want to do a 100% uninstall remove it like it was never there cause it still installs from like 65%~75% so i wonder how i would uninstall from the computer like it was never there
and no i wont use team viewer dont even ask

Make sure theres no related GCF file in C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\. Other than that, idk.
