how should i fix my vid card settings are let the 3d app decide and the hl2dm video settings is recommended for me so idk what happend

idk it wasnt just on deathrun i reinstalled i restarted wait 1 more thing i dint try defraging and validated files some times work

Try ur moving ur hl2mp/materials and hl2mp/models folder somewhere else, then start up the game to see if that works. Maybe you downloaded some custom model/material.

Or maybe he didn't fully re-install. You can't delete all game files with Steam Client. shitsux
Deleting from the game menu in steam doesn't remove the cached files in you're "steam account/half-life 2 deathmatch/hl2mp/" folder also check your Direct X Drivers are fully updated..
