but on Local Area Connection Status/Supprt I can see folowing things:
IP Addres: 192.168.1.55
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway 192.168.1.1

4. server gets "hacked" again, while ur in there with some1 else who has the same IP (not SteamID) as you.
5. both banned, problems go away.

I much doubt he has two computers, playing the same game, on the same server. Just a thought.

but why is the IP reason for all this? I saw some ppl have same start IP but other end IP like :192.168.1.55 - 192.168.1.24

Exactly there is no reason for arguing over IPs. You are a troll. You have multiple accounts and are using them to affect the security and gameplay of the server. Game Over. IP-Range Banned from this site and the server.
