First, my score is reset again...so I have 10 points and second I wanted to ask why that happens

Do u remember approximately wat ur score or rank was before the reset?

Im not sure why this is happens to some people. Could possibly happen if the server lags when u join so it can not receive ur gameplay time from the SQL database. Then it starts from 0.
