Trouble W/ Gmod

So as you know/or don't know I love to play TTT, and I'm having a problem. Within 5-15 minuets my screen freezes but the thing is I can still here the other players though the microphone, can still access console. Any tips or idea on how I can stop this its making me salty as the dead sea....
I am Manlord, for every person I DESTROY it's just another giant step for MANLORD kind.
