why not make a pugging mod?

hey, idk if you know what a pug is (not the dog) but its a Pick Up Game, and pretty much its like a scrim 5v5, based on stats or teamplay or w/e you want to call it, so for example player 1 has 3 elo, while player 2 has 13 elo player 3 5 elo and player 4 2 elo, it will balance out the match to where its will be a "fair game", would be fun there is a server up that has there own private mod, but no one their server because of there rep, thoughts?

sort of, its ranked just doesnt affect mm rank so like a place called esea.net uses RWS which is round wins shares, which shows how skilled you are basically
