Shouldn't be that hard to do, Nothing really changes except the fact that users can wear their Halloween-only cosmetics(which is why I want it enabled). I don't want to wait until fullmoon or halloween to equip them
Oh... and don't enable Halloween Mode because that makes players do the thriller taunt, gets excessively annoying.
