The Sweet - Ballroom Blitz
Recently found this song again. I like it,
and it's quite fun for random-dance-ish-stuff :D
Was actually played at my cousins wedding reception, which was far from traditional :p
Feel free to add any other silly things/songs/whatever
and to comment on the song/players/what-er-vers
Tis what Random Topics is for :p

Here are my favorites :
Skeeter Davis - The End of The World (1963)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sonLd-32ns4
The O'Jays - Love Train (~1978)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yo4_1l_gU58
It'd be great if played at Nelson Mandela's funeral.
Al Wilson - Do What You Gotta Do (1968)

Lee Moses - Bad Girl (1971)

The Velvet Underground - Heroin (1967)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ffr0opfm ... 1AFgAWHlpB
Discovered all these 60s-70s songs through Blood Ties and Under The Dome.Fabulous film/Good show.
That's really nice music. If you really like it, I recommend you to listen to the entire soundtrack of Blood Ties, or even go watch the film.It depicts really nicely the 70's atmosphere, with the cars, the fashions, the music, etc.
