What is the #1 Problem

We need all the players help. What would you guys say is the #1 problem with the Cheat Server, that you would like to see get fixed by Ant?

#1The appearance of random selected immature members.

The results:

- No new player!
- New player get a wrong idea of the server, because:
- * Members do not help new player.
  * Proud members insult|kill|grab|annoy new player in any possible way.
  * These bunch of members behaved responsable once to gain adminstatus and feel like abusing their abilities to compensate their shorten masculinity.
  * Bitchfights in the forum... "Rusty took my Lolly... and... and Smacked licked it twice... and... and Xseba looked at me with a bored facial expression...
- Ant (and Nick) gets pissed off because of all the bullshit he daily have to deal with...

#1The resulting frustration of building your house|tower|whatever over and over again because of servercrashs.

The results:

- New and interested player get pissed off.
- GOOD and RESPONSABLE member get pissed off.
- Stupid noobs trying to crash the server again because their house got removed once by crash and now they are frustrated.
- Everyone is less active and finally leaves...

#1Inconsistent, non dominant and inactive Admins.

The results:

- CHAAAAAAAAAOOOOOOOOOOOSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!
- MOOOOOORRREEEE CHAAAAAAAAAAAOOOOOOOOOOOOOSSSSSSS!!!!!!!
- Ant and Nick always have to enforce discipline aloooooooooone!!!
- New player do not trust the server and leave.
- Crashs, because of being unable to figure out who is crashing or a potential crasher.
- Server and the community breaks apart.

I do agree with most of this. But i think this topic was more for actual fixes involving cmds. Right?
And yes, inactive admins are pissing me off. Look at the admin applications: "omg i love this server, i will always be on..." False promises. I know who the ppl are that think they can join the server quickly every few days just to avoid the 2 week inactive limit

The end will be near for those ppl
