No,they're not.
But I understand why you feel that way though because I "used to" be against drugs.
My Indonesian friend was keep getting them at the club we used to go to and I thought it's stupid taking risks like that for himself and his family to stay in Japan.
I still dislike looking at people smoke them and I won't smoke either.
But I have to admit the fact you can die over alcohol overdose but you can't die over marijuana overdose.
