Yes it's really reliable. It told me to wait 24 hours or less when I clicked on the link yesterday, and I checked E-Mail today, actually worked. <3

I don't remember if you actually have to login, via steam. Just remember that at the end, you'll get the activation key, which you'll insert in steam.

You don't have to logic via steam, all you need to do is register twice and wait at most 24 hours, then it sends an activation key
