your main site told me that apache was working properly, but its just that 'server set up ready' screen, not the actual site

i tried joining everywhere (home, vpn erfurt, vpn new york) all giving me the same 403.

i got on the main site (area51cheatserver.com) and it gave me this

umm... we use CentOS on our home servers.... so you didnt go to the right site for that one.
