You can ask your good/active friends to apply for admins since you will never get one.

You are active but you have to grow up before all that.

Goomba is not an admin anymore.
Check /stats or /adminstats so you can know who is currently admins.
Try act mature and get along with admins so you can have some admins to call when something happens.

Being an admin is a serious position that you can't just throw like a draft.
