Account stolen [SOLVED]

My system crashed and I had to reinstall Windows.

When I got back online and all updated, I noticed my Steam account got stolen and my password was changed.

I immediately changed email's password and contacted Steam.

I knew something went wrong with my pc.

I don't know how the fuck he crashed my system, but if I find I get VAC'd, shit's gonna happen.

It's not a topic for trolling dude, and I don't know who stole my account.

Windows didn't fully start, I knew something went wrong, completely reinstalled the OS and saved dr_black_mesa.

All went fine until a friend gift me gmod.

Steam started crashing randomly until my computer restarted himself and windows didn't start.

I doubt there is anything suspicious here.

Bs. All the games I got are legally bought on Steam.

In no way I look for free games that aren't on Steam.

Your game, gmod in that case starts crashing randomly then Steam crashes twice in less than a minute then Windows crash and is impossible to start because yor folder got erased.

I'm not the guy who would cheat or press suspicious links and when you look my programs list I don't have more than 15 programs

Fking annoying mate, I mostly buy games in stores to have the cd & cover with serial code.
Just in case shit like this happens, we've also all our passwords n' shit written down in hand.

Everything is suspicious in these days that's why i do not trust in anybody, even he's my best friend (steam)
When you get it back , i hope so , change ur profile in private , remove unknown friends and leave unknowns groups.
A good anti virus voted by steam community is microsoft essential security ( is free)

Yeah, if I get it back, I hope without any VAC bans, I'll be sure to set everything to private.

My Steam password is extremely hard to guess and only me can know it, but it happens that a keylogger has infected my computer and I'm pretty sure that no programs were downloaded by me on 2 months.

Steam Supports has high ticket volumes, but I hope to be responded very quickly.

I know why Steam was crashing now, he was connecting and it crashed it, so I reconnected, then he again reconnected and crashed Steam again.

I know the security of my account is my responsibility, but to the point of crashing my system to hack my account, it's unacceptable.

If I get banned, I'm sure to ask for a refund of all my games.

I spent more than 90€ for my games + 50€ for trading cards.

WEll, would the CDkey you tested with a proxy infected your system rather than hi-jack your OTHER account?

Also, what WILL happen if you get VAC banned? You know someone that will help you fuck up the hacker?

I never bought a CD key in a shop because in 2008, I bought the orange box, when I came to activate the key, it told me it got already activated, the key got stolen that day, since then, I never bought any games with a CD key.

I think he's not cheating on my account but playing single player games.

But with Steam Support saying that they are experiencing a high amount of tickets, I really don't know if they will take my ticket in priority.
