I vote no. He just isn't very mature at some times and only has 73 hours on the server. In addition, this app doesn't look to be thoughtfully written and does lack some details(my opinion)

He has 76hours and it's over 3days so there's no problem on hours.

Therefore,I have no good reason to vote yes.
I see all K.O.P.S group people are applying together following Manlord but this is not a friendly club..
It is am important position and I rather vote yes for people who think for the server and not just hang around with their besties.
This app is too short to be considered as you actually think for the server.
