Hey!
I have problems to play games in offline mode. Since I don't have Internet on my Pc I can't play Online Games.
Well, I started steam as usual in Offline but then no games are listed. It says they cannot find any games and if I start them over folder :
Error! wrote: Setup file 'gameinfo.txt' doesn't exist in subdirectory 'hl2'. Check your -game parameter or VCONFIG setting.
Can't fix it by joining in online mode.

Oh.. Wtf? I already Download(Same time where I used the chance to change my nickname on steam) a Programm to use "WLAN" over my phone. But there was too much errors and I think this crappy pc didn't have any usage for WLAN

well since it's Android phone you should try USB tethering

If I use USB, it says "Can't find any devices or something"
