You drunk more after something stressed you and I'm afraid that it's
because you had already broken your sober streak. And I really don't want
to see you going to alcohol as a way to escape stress. Doing that
has Absolutely 0% chance of leading to something good, and a high chance
of leading to addiction.

And to add to that there was at least 1 other person and very possibly 1-2 more who then
joined you in drinking to be drunk. (which qualifies as alcohol addiction)

If I could hide/throw out any booze in his house I would...
I refuse to sit and watch a friend become an alcoholic, and this is how it happens.

For the others who were intoxicated I'm also concerned but don't know why
they joined in. Not knowing why is the only reason they're not as forefront in
my mind.

But I can say he is mentally stable since he came back.
