Mouse problem

Post by commander fury »

This is a serious thread so keep it serious guys please.

So here's the problem :

In Minecraft and HL²DM only, my movements made by my mouse are delayed by 3-5 seconds each, so it makes it very difficult to play deathrun and less but not least difficult to play Minecraft. My internet is not to blame as my mouse works perfect on the internet or on my desktop.I checked the configuration panels of both games about mouse movements but nothing can solve my problem. My mouse is a Razer Abyssus that I use since I got it from another guy, a few months ago, and it always worked perfectly.
My father use it with a converter to play Xbox games.

My version of Windows is XP, running on 34 bits, and Minecraft/Steam are kept updated.

Thanks in advance for help, its kinda important for me as its the edge of summer and MC and HL² are my favorite games atm.Until I get a solution, I can't play.

Stop using that overpriced shit that breaks easier than an iPhone and get a real mouse.
And, can you make a tutorial on having a 34 bit OS?

Razer's mice are crap imo, I've only had problems with them. Try downloading the Firmware Update, it helped me when I had trouble.

If it's only for those 2games then it could be your mousepad :p
I was using a crappy mousepad about 6years ago and the same thing happened.

i have the same mouse as u have and i only had it for around 3-5 months, when i got my new computer. I haven't had any problems and i just use this mouse as just a regular mouse. It either what aya said, or its just acting up. Try cleaning below your mouse? idk if that would work XP

That is perfect.

Now I am not sure but maybe if you take it a part and buy a can of air for dusting, yeah they sell that stuff but its more for computers than anything, and spray it on all the parts and let them sit out for a bit it might help out a bit. And if it doesn't sorry I failed at helping.

No problem. Wait does your mouse have a rolling ball in it?
