Lag issues

I am extremely lagging, and my internet is not to blame.
I must wait like 5 seconds before each of my in-game moves are coming to screen.
Don't know what's happnenning, help please.
It never happenned to me before.

You could try reseting rates back to default in case they changed somehow:
rate 30000; cl_cmdrate 30; cl_updaterate 20

Is this posted in the wrong section?

Thanks for replying Ant, I'll try that.
I know my internet isn't to blame, because all works as normal...well...I hope its fixed today, otherwise i'll try your commands.

PS : These commands...erm...sowwy for my noobness but...where to put them ?

EDIT : OK, I don't know if that's still lag issues.Since the menu, each move I make with my mouse is delayed by a few seconds.Even in-game.Otherwise I can still move with my "foot" commands (Backward, forward, etc...) but my mouse movements are fucked...I checked it all, internet is good, and when browsing the net or my desktop my mouse movements are perfect.I just don't know what's hapenning anymore.Didn't changed my mouse since the last time I played minecraft.

Those are HL2 commands.
